Important:Uponremoval,covertheterminalsof
thebatterypackwithheavy-dutyadhesivetape.
Donotattempttodestroyordisassemblethe
batterypackorremoveanyofitscomponents.
ContactyourlocalmunicipalityoryourauthorizedT oro
distributorformoreinformationonhowtoresponsibly
recyclethebattery.
Storage
Important:Storethemachine,batterypack,and
chargeronlyintemperaturesthatarewithinthe
appropriaterange;refertoSpecications(page
11).
Important:Ifyouarestoringthemachinefora
yearorlonger,removethebatterypackfromthe
machineandchargethebatterypackuntil2or
3LEDindicatorsturngreenonthebattery.Do
notstoreafullychargedorfullydepletedbattery.
Whenyouarereadytousethemachineagain,
chargethebatterypackuntiltheleftindicatorlight
turnsgreenonthechargerorall4LEDindicators
turngreenonthebattery.
•Disconnecttheproductfromthepowersupply(i.e.,
removethebatterypack)andcheckfordamage
afteruse.
•Cleanallforeignmaterialfromtheproduct.
•Whennotinuse,storethemachine,electric-start
button,batterypack,andbatterychargeroutofthe
reachofchildren.
•Keepthemachine,batterypack,andbattery
chargerawayfromcorrosiveagents,suchas
gardenchemicalsandde-icingsalts.
•T oreducetheriskofseriouspersonalinjury,do
notstorethebatterypackoutsideorinvehicles.
•Storethemachine,batterypack,andbattery
chargerinanenclosedclean,dryarea.
