Normally this folder is “C:\Program
Files\Toshiba\TC_net OPC Server”.
If you would like to change it, click <Browse…

In order to use Log Decompress Tool for all
logon users, “Everyone” is selected.
If you want to use it only for the current logon
user, select “Just Me”.
After setting, click <Next>.
