Clean Oven Interior and Exterior

What You Will Need:
• SUBWAY
®
Oven Cleaner
• SuperSan
TM
sanitizer
• Nylon scrub pad
• Cleaning towel
Speed oven should be cleaned each morning
before it is turned on to avoid having to wait
for it to cool down
Prepare the Oven for Cleaning
1. Turn off the oven by pressing the “BACK”
key on the control pad – the control panel
will display the message “OVEN OFF
COOLING DOWN”. The cooling process will
take approximately 90 minutes.

Turn off the oven – press the “BACK”
key on the control panel, and wait 90
minutes for the oven to cool
completely

Clean food particles from lower access
panel – remove panel, wipe out with
damp cloth, reattach panel
✓
Clean wire rack – remove; wash, rinse,
sanitize and let dry; reinstall
✓
Clean interior – under bottom heating
element, with damp towel; remove
stains; wipe heating element;
thoroughly dry cooking cavity –
especially bottom of cook cavity and
wave guide covers
✓
Clean exterior – where access panel is
connected and all other finished
surfaces
Do not attempt to clean the
Tornado oven during the cool
down cycle, as indicated by the
“COOLING DOWN” message
displayed on the control panel – the oven
operates at 500°F/260°C and may cause
injury if not allowed to cool completely
before cleaning
