Protective Equipment

Always wear approved helmet, knee pads, elbow patches, long sleeve shirt, long pants, and gloves with rubber soles.

Drivers Advice

User weight limit 120kg. Recommended age 10+. Ensure user is aware of risks. Avoid touching hot parts after use.

Driving Procedures and Conditions

Follow local laws. Be aware of surroundings. Do not jump, skid, or ride on roads. Hold handlebars with both hands.

Charger Usage

Charge before first use. Use only the provided charger. Avoid shocks/water contact. Charger stops at 100% charge.

Battery Care

Avoid extreme temperatures. Do not store if unused for 60-90 days. Recycle properly. Do not store in extreme temperatures.

Maintenance Guidelines

Store in dry, dust-free place. Clean with damp cloth and mild detergent. Check component condition regularly.

Transport Information

Contact authorities for transport. Lithium batteries are considered dangerous. International law prohibits air transport.

Using Instructions

On;Off Switch

Switch the device on or off using the red button. Push up to turn on, down to turn off.

Bell Operation

A manual bell is located on the handlebar. Use it to warn pedestrians or other users.

Battery Level Indicator

The screen shows battery power: 4 bars (up to 100%), 3 bars (below 80%), 2 bars (below 50%), 1 bar (below 20%).

Charging the Bike

The charging port is on the frame. When fully charged, the four battery bars turn blue.

Mobile Application

Download the UrbanGlide app. Ensure Bluetooth is on. App requires Android 4.3+ or iOS 8+.

Interface and Functions

App displays speedometer, battery level, and heating. Arrow shows mileage. Padlock locks/unlocks the bike.

Locking and Unlocking

Use the app's padlock icon to set a password for locking. Bike locks automatically when turned off.

Settings and Configuration

Speed Control

Restrain device speed, automatically limited to 20 km/h. Can be increased after riding 10km.

Startup Options

Choose 'Zero speed start' (accelerate directly) or 'Non-zero start' (requires pedal power to start).

Bluetooth Name Setting

Change the Bluetooth name of the device. The new name applies on the next connection.

Password Management

Change the password to lock/unlock the bike. Default password is 123456.

Speed Regulator (Cruise)

Activate 'Cruise' in settings. Hold speed for 8 seconds to maintain it.

Headlight Control

Choose between manual control or automatic light adjustment based on ambient brightness.

Vehicle Information and Inspection

Check vehicle ID, voltage, current, app version. Perform self-inspection of components.
