Steering wheel adjustment
G020143
The steering wheel can be adjusted for both
height and reach.
1. Pull the lever towards you to release the
steering wheel.
2. Adjust the steering wheel to the position
that suits you best.
3. Push back the lever to fix the steering
wheel in place. If the lever is stiff, press the
steering wheel lightly at the same time as
you push the lever back.
WARNING
Adjust the steering wheel before driving off,
never while driving. Before driving, check
that the steering wheel is fixed in position.
Hazard warning flashers
G020144
Use the hazard warning flashers (all direction
indicators flash) when the car is stopped where
it could be a traffic hazard or obstruction. Press
the button to activate the function.
A sufficiently violent collision or heavy braking
activates the hazard warning flashers automat-
ically, see page 170. The function can be
deactivated with the button.
NOTE
Regulations regarding the use of hazard
warning flashers vary from country to coun-
try.
