Retrieve voicemail
When you received a voicemail, the
handset and the telephone base display
New voicemail and/or .
To retrieve, you typically dial an access
number provided by your telephone
service provider, and then enter a
security code. Contact your telephone
service provider for instructions on how
to configure the voicemail settings and
listen to messages.
NOTE
• After you have listened to all new
voicemail messages, the indicators on
the screen turn off automatically.

Message playback
If you have new messages, the
telephone plays only the new messages
(oldest first). If there are no new
messages, the telephone plays back all
messages (oldest first).
When playback begins, you hear the total
number of messages followed by the
date and time of the message. After the
last message, the telephone announces,
“End of messages.”
NOTE
• Make sure you Set date and time
correctly.
1. Press when the phone is not in
use.
2. Press ▼/▲ to scroll to ANS. MACHINE,
and then press to select.
3. Press ▼/▲ to scroll to MSG PLAYBACK,
and press to select.
• If there is no message, the the
display shows TAM EMPTY and
returns to previous menu option
• If there is a message, the displays
shows the date and time (10/21
11-05A), i.e. on October 21st and at
11:05 am.
• Press to control the
playback.
The first received message will play first,
while the new voice message is indicated
by a icon. Once the message is played,
it will be saved automatically and the
icon will disappear.
You can adjust the volume by ▼/▲.
Control the playback
1. Press when the phone is not in
use.
2. Press ▼/▲ to scroll to ANS. MACHINE,
and then press to select.
3. Press ▼/▲ to scroll to MSG PLAYBACK,
and press to select.
4. Press to displays STOP,
FORWARD, PREVIOUS, and DELETE
options.
