Why is there little or no material flow from my WAGNER FLEXiO 990?

  There could be several reasons for this. The nozzle or suction tube might be clogged, so clean them. The material flow setting could be too low, so increase it. The air filter could be clogged, so change it. The spray material may be too thick, so thin it. The air vent on the suction tube might be blocked, so clean it. Ensure the suction tube is tightly in place. Check that both ends of the air valve tube are connected and the valve seal is in place. Finally, the nozzle seal may be missing, so replace it.

Why is my WAGNER FLEXiO 990 leaking material?

  Material leakage can occur if the nozzle is loose, so tighten it. It could also mean the nozzle is worn and needs replacement. Clean any material build-up on the air cap and nozzle. Also, check the nozzle seal; if it's missing or worn, replace it.

  This issue can arise from several factors. The material flow setting might be too high, so decrease it. The air power setting could be too low, so increase it. You might be applying too much material, so adjust the material flow or increase the movement of the spray gun. Additionally, the nozzle or air filter could be clogged, so clean or change them, respectively. The spray material may be too thick, so thin it. Also, ensure the container is tightened to maintain adequate pressure.

  A pulsating spray jet can occur if the material in the container is running out, so refill it. It may also happen if the air filter is clogged, so change it. Another cause could be a disconnected air valve tube, so reconnect both ends of the air tube.
