Blender Operation

Preparation Before Starting

Ensure blender is unplugged, container seated, and plugged into outlet.

Adding Ingredients

Place ingredients in container, cover, and do not fill above MAX line.

Speed Control

Set blender to desired speed between 1 and 10 using variable controls.

Starting the Blender

Press right paddle switch up to ON; left switch defaults to VARIABLE.

To Wash and Rinse Container

Initial Rinse and Wash

Rinse container and lid, add wash solution, scrub, and flush.

Container Exterior Wash

Wipe container exterior with damp cloth; wash lid and run solution in container.

Rinsing Procedure

Repeat container wash step using clean rinse water.

Important Temperature Note

To Sanitize and Dry Container

Container Exterior Sanitize

Wipe container exterior with sanitizing solution.

Container Sanitize Cycle

Fill container with sanitizing solution, run for 1 minute, then dislodge moisture.

Lid and Insert Sanitize

Immerse lid and lid insert in sanitizing solution for two minutes.

Post-Sanitize Rinse

Do not rinse container, lid, or insert after sanitizing; allow to air dry.

To Clean and Sanitize Motor Base

Motor Base Cleaning Procedure

Wipe motor base with dampened cloths; do not immerse in liquids.

Motor Base Air Drying

Allow motor base to air dry before using.
