Oatmeal Maple Pecan Bread
1.5 Pound Loaf

1 cup + 1tbsp.
cup Maple Syrup ½ cup
2 tbsp. Butter or Margarine 3 tbsp.
2 ½ cups Bread Flour 3 cups
¾ cup Oats, quick or old-fashioned 1 cup
2 tbsp. Dry Milk 2 ½ tbsp.
1 ½ tsp. Salt 2 tsp.
2 tsp. Active Dry Yeast 2 ½ tsp.
or
1 ½ tsp. Bread Machine Yeast 2 tsp.
½ cup Chopped Pecans cup
Raisin Bread
