CHOOSING POWER LEVEL
Level To be used for:
750 W Reheating of beverages, water, clear soups, co ee, tea or other food with a high
water content. If the food contains egg or cream choose a lower power. Cooking
of vegetables, sh, meat etc.
500 W More careful cooking e.g. high protein sauces, cheese and egg dishes and to
nish cooking casseroles.
350 W Simmering stews.
160 W Defrosting. Softening butter, cheeses and ice cream.
0 W When using the Timer only.

comparative testing of heating performance of di erent microwave ovens. We recommend the
following for this oven:
