What to do if my Xerox Color printer does not print?

If your Xerox Color printer isn't printing, start by pressing the Power/Wake button to ensure it's not in Power Saver mode. Check for errors indicated by a blinking amber Status LED and follow the control panel instructions. Make sure the printer has paper loaded in the tray and that the correct paper is loaded for the print job. Ensure the paper settings in the print driver match the paper in the tray. Replace any empty toner cartridges. If no control panel indicators are lit, power off the printer, check the power cord connection, and power it back on. If the Status LED is flashing blue, delete all print jobs in the print queue from both the print driver and the control panel. Also, verify the connection between the printer and the computer.
