3. Fit chain into drive sprocket. Bar tensioning plate must face outward. (see Fig. B4.)
4. Ensure all part are seated properly. (see Fig. B6).
5. Tension the chain. Tighten the chain tensioning screw (15) in clockwise direction. Use
supplied screwdriver (19). Do not overtighten.
6. Place the chain cover back on. Screw nuts onto the guide pins. If chain is still loose,
tighten chain tensioning screw (15).

LUBRICATION
1. Unscrew cap, ll the tank with bar and chain oil.
2. Run chainsaw for up to 60 seconds. Chainsaw’s automatic oiler mechanism will lubricate the
bar and chain.
