◈ Information
This installation guide provides information required for product installation and
use. The EM Series Quad charger offers simultaneous recharging of up to four
EM Series printer batteries.

◈ Installation Precautions
1. Avoid placement under direct sunlight and/or locations subject to excessive
heat.
2. Do not use or store in locations subject to high temperatures and/or humidity.
3. Do not use or store in dusty locations.
4. Do not install in unstable and/or non-level locations.
5. Subjecting the product to strong vibration and/or shock can cause damage.
6. Secure sufficient space in the installation area to facilitate easy usage.
◈ Connecting the cables
1. Connect the power cord to the
adaptor, and connect the adaptor to
the power connector of the Quad
Charger.
2. Plug the power cord into a power
Outlet. Input power is 100 ~
250VAC, 50/60Hz, 1.4A.
3. When power is supplied, the green
LED turns on for two seconds.
CAUTION
If the red LED turns on for two seconds, it may indicate a battery-charging
problem. Please consult the reseller.
◈ Battery Charging
1. Fasten batteries via the battery hooks into the Quad Charger as shown above.
2. Push the battery in until a snapping sound is emitted.
3. Charging begins as soon as the battery is completely inserted. Batteries are
charged to 8.4VDC, 0.8A.
4. Push the hook and pull up to extract the battery.
NOTE
Battery charging status descriptions are as follows.

CAUTION
If the red LED is blinking, try extracting the battery and reinserting.
If the red LED continues to blink, please consult the reseller.
◈ Wall Mount Installation (Optional)
1. Affix the bracket hanger on the back of
the Quad Charger with four M3
×8
screws.
(The user can choose from four bracket
positioning options.)
2. Affix the bracket mount with the
arrow pointing upward on a firm
wall with eight M4
×10 screws.
3. As shown above, attach the Quad Charger to the bracket mount affixed on the
wall via the bracket hanger.
NOTE
The wall mount is optional. For detailed information on the wall mount, please
inquire with the seller and/or dealer.
◈ WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electric Equipment)
This marking shown on the product or its literature, indicates that it should not be
disposed with other household wastes at the end of its working life. To preven
