ADJUSTING THE BINOCULARS TO YOUR EYES
1. It is important to adjust the optical tubes so that the centre of each tube aligns
perfectly with your pupils. Once this is achieved, your eyes will be centred in the field
of view for each optical tube and you will have an unobstructed circular field of view.
2. To adjust the binoculars, hold the tubes with both hands and raise them to your eyes
in the normal viewing position. Move the tubes in and out until you achieve a single
circular field of view. The optical tubes are now correctly aligned with your eyes.
3. Once you have adjusted the
tubes to the correct width to
suit your eyes, it is now time
to adjust the optics to suit your
eyesight.
