Warning – High pressure cleaning
May introduce a risk of particles entering the eyes or skin.
Use protective glasses and gloves.
Follow the instructions from the manufacturer.
Warning – Dangerous liquid
May cause serious damage to the lungs if consumed.
Dries out the skin. Use protective glasses and gloves.
The pressure must not exceed 600-800 kPa.
NOTE: Do not aim the nozzle toward your skin or toward any other person.
NOTE: Do not hold the nozzle too close to the surface, a minimum of 80 cm from the surface of the
motor.
Caution must be taken during cleaning so that liquid is not forced inside the motor. Do not direct the
nozzle directly toward the following areas of the motor:
The external shaft seal.
Connection box and edges around connection box cover.
6.3.7. Re-painting
The motor is painted with corrosion resistant paint, color RAL 9005.
Temabond ST300 is recommended if repainting is necessary.
Remove loose, flaking or cracked paint layers by appropriate means. The surface must be clean, dry and
free of greases and oils.
Cover all non/painted areas with tape or other means.
Apply with an airless spray.
