Check the other
modules in the rack.
USR BOOT No firmware application
on the module.
Re-flash upgrade the
module.
WDOG ERR Watchdog time out. Reset the 1757-SRM
module.
WDOG FAIL Watchdog task failed its
status check.
Replace the 1757-SRM
module.
