RED FLASHING LIGHT
An error may be detected, from either your vehicle or the charge point.
Please reset your charge point by switching off the charge point main
switch for ten seconds or alternatively, you can call our customer care
team who will gladly assist you.
GREEN, AMBER AND RED SEQUENCE
Firmware Upgrade. This can take up to ten minutes based on your Wi-Fi strength.
AMBER FLASHING
Charge point is in Setup Mode. This mode will timeout automatically after 2 minutes.
Alternatively, you can press the hidden multi-function button once to cancel it.
AMBER & RED FLASHING LIGHTS
The charge speed has been reduced. If these lights persist, please call our
dedicated customer care team who will gladly assist you.
SOLID GREEN AND SOLID RED LIGHTS
Charge point is locked and will not charge your vehicle until it is unlocked.
This can be done using the Andersen app.
FLASHING GREEN LIGHT
Charge point has lost connection to your Wi-Fi. Please check your
connection on the Andersen app. If the charge point does not re-connect by
itself then please contact us as this will result in loss of app functionality.
SOLID AMBER LIGHT
Your vehicle is successfully charging. If you wish to see information on
your charging session, please see the Andersen app.
SOLID GREEN AND SOLID AMBER LIGHTS
Charge point is connected to your vehicle & is ready to charge.
SOLID GREEN LIGHT
Charge point is connected to Wi-Fi successfully and is ready to be used.
ALL LIGHTS FLASHING
Charge point is waking up. Once woken up, your charge point will run a health
check for up to one minute when first connected to the mains supply. Please
allow this process to finish before using the charge point.
