4 MAIN FEATURES FOR THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
SERVICE
4.1 SELF-DIAGNOSIS
To make it easier for the technical assistance service to identify the problem, the boiler is fitted with a state-
of-the-art self-diagnosis system, which shows the error code offering further information on the display.
The new error codification was thereby introduced; errors are no longer divided into type A and type E faults.
The main features of the new codification are as follows:
(D1) error codes are divided into six groups;
(D2+D3) indicating the group to which it belongs.
4.2 ERRORS IN THE MEMORY
The boiler stores the last 10 errors in its memory (Operating Shutdown, Safety
Shutdown and Warning Signals), helping the technical assistance service during
maintenance work.
4.3 REDUCTION OF SPARE PART CODES
Standardisation on a component level has led to the unification of the main
components and a reduction in the number of spare part codes, thereby greatly
facilitating the various necessary maintenance activities.

Code 501: No flame
