Check the oil level in the spring-loaded leg.

Tighten the bolt joints on the rammer shoe.

Check the oil level on the dipstick.

Check the oil level in the spring-loaded leg through
the sight glass (A).
The level must be at the middle of the sight glass
when the machine is in the upright position.
Check and clean the air filter
A
Check and clean the air filter (A).
Checking bolted joint
Check and if necessary tighten screws and nuts.
After the first 20 hours of
operation
The following maintenance must be performed after
the first 20 hours of operation:

Change the oil in the spring-loaded leg.
♦
Change the engine oil.
♦
Clean the oil strainer. See the engine manual for
more information.
♦
Clean and replace air filter. See the engine manual
for more information.
♦
Check and adjust the engine valve clearance. See
the engine manual for more information.
♦
Tighten the bolt joints on the rammer shoe.
