• Washer
• Oil seal
• Snap ring
• Dust seat
Fit :
• Spring

• Fill fork oil

• Slide the front fork assly in the fork holder

• Allen bolt
• Handle bar
• 2 Allen bolts (B)
Fit :
• Bracket with wheel sensor case complete

• Wheel sensor harness coupler

• Brace fender

Note :
Remove the wedge placed between pads of front caliper assly.

Recommended Oil Capacity Per Fork Tube
(For Pulsar DTS-i 180 cc)
Approx. 295 + 2.5 ml (Drain & Refill), 320 ml (Overhaul)
