1. Important safety notes
Signs and symbols
The following signs appear in the Safety Section (page 2 and 3) and in this manual on pages 3, 4 and 5.
READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS ENTIRE MANUAL INCLUDING THE SAFETY SECTION AND
ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS
PRODUCT.
WARNING WARNING indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result
in death or serious injury.
CAUTION CAUTION indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result
in minor or moderate injury.
NOTICE NOTICE addresses practices not related to personal injury, such as product
and/or property damage.
The device is double protected and corresponds to protection class 2.
Only use indoors.
WARNING:
•
Do not use the Spa vibration massage pillow in the following situations:
– if you have implanted electrical devices (e.g. a pacemaker),
– in the case of metal implants,
– on animals,
– if you suffer from a medical abnormality or injury in the area to be massaged (e.g.
herniated disc, open wounds),
– on the head and on hard parts of the body (e.g. knees and joints),
– on the face (eyes), on the larynx or any other particularly sensitive body parts,
– on swollen, burnt, inflamed or damaged skin and body parts,
–
on cuts, varicose veins, acne, couperose or other skin diseases,
– during pregnancy,
– while sleeping,
– after the consumption of medicines or alcohol (reduced awareness),
– in vehicles.

Consult your doctor before using the Spa vibration massage pillow, particularly in the follow-
ing cases:
–
if you suffer from a severe illness or have recently had surgery on your upper body,
– if you suffer from thrombosis,
– if you suffer from diabetes,
– if you are suffering pain, the cause of which is unknown.

Keep packaging material away from children.
•
Before use, inspect the device and accessories for damage. If you have any doubts, do not use
the device and contact your retailer or Customer Service.

Should a fault occur during use, switch off the device immediately. Do not attempt to repair the
device yourself; consult Customer Service instead. Improper repairs may subject users to con-
siderable danger.
•
Do not stick any needles or sharp objects into the
device.
•
Never operate under a blanket or pillow.
•
If any water leaks out of the device, discontinue use.
•
Do not use while sleeping or fall asleep while using.
