again.
Warning lamp
The warning lamp lights up when the
cruise control has automatically been
deactivated by braking with the park-
ing brake or by a control intervention by DSC.
A message appears on the Control Display.
Resuming stored speed
Briefly press the button, arrow 4. The stored
speed is resumed and maintained.
In the following cases the stored speed value is
deleted and can no longer be resumed:
> in case of an intervention of the driving sta-
bility control systems
> when transmission position N is engaged
> when the ignition is switched off
Displays in instrument cluster
1 Stored desired speed
2 Selected desired speed appears briefly
If the display --- mph or --- km/h appears
briefly in the instrument cluster, then con-
ditions required for operation may not currently
be fulfilled.

Malfunction
The warning lamp lights up if the sys-
tem has failed. A message appears on
the Control Display. Detailed informa-
tion is provided from page 74.
