Safety system
Every hotplate features a safety pilot (thermocouple).
This means that if the flame ever goes out (e.g. is
extinguished by boiled-over liquid), the flow of gas is
interrupted.
To turn the burners off
After finishing cooking, turn the controls to position 0 and
disconnect the appliance using the main switch.
The main switch indicator will be turned off.
Please note The appliance switches off automatically after 6 hours of
operation. Turn all the control knobs to the 0 position
and then you can turn the appliance on again.
Power levels
The progressive control knobs can be used to control the
power needed, from minimum to maximum power.

For dual double-flame burners, the inner and outer
flames can be controlled separately.
The available power levels are as follows:
Inner and outer flame on full power.
Outer flame on minimum, inner flame on full power.
