i Make sure that the paper is below the protruding section of the rear guide. Slide the paper guides to fit
the paper size. Make sure that the guides are firmly in the slots.
NOTE
If you turn off the machine during paper jam, the machine will print incomplete data from your computer.
Before you turn on the machine, delete the print spool job on your computer.
j Make sure that the Error LED ( ) is off and that the Ready LED ( ) is green.
