Park Retrieve
Pickup the handset and dial
*25 + the PARK retrieval
number.
You will automatically be
connected to the call
waiting in PARK.
Call Forward
All
Press the button below the
CFwdAll soft key. Do this
while the phone is still on-
hook.
Enter the phone number
you want to forward your
calls to.
Pick up the handset and
hang it up again to activate.
The display will indicate the
phone is “Forwarded to 9-
XXX-XXX-XXXX”.
Deactivate Call
Forward All
Press the button below the
CFwdAll soft key. Do this
while the phone is still on-
hook.
Instead of entering a
phone number, lift the
handset and hang it up
again
The display should no longer
indicate the phone is
forwarded.
Using Call
Pickup
Press *12 on the key pad.
Pick up the handset .
Dial the ringing extension
number.
You will automatically be
connected to the call that
was ringing on the other
extension.
Do Not
Disturb
Press the NEW CALL soft
key.
Press *04 on the keypad.
Phone will display that Do
Not Disturb is activated.
To deactivate, press the
NEW CALL soft key.
Press *04 on the keypad.
NOTE: You can record a
separate voice mail message for
callers to hear when DND is
activated.
Last Number
Redial
Press the REDIAL soft key. Pickup the handset to
speak to your party.
End Call
During an active call, press
the END CALL soft key, or
Hang up the handset.
Selective Call
Forwarding
Press the NEW CALL soft
key.
Press *63 or *83 on the
keypad.
A voice prompt indicates
whether Selective Call
Forwarding is enabled or
disabled.
Follow the voice prompts.
Press 1 – to enable or
disable Selective Call
forwarding.
Press 2 – to change the
forwarding #.
Press 3 – to hear the
forwarding #.
Press 4 – to add callers to
the forwarding list.
Press 5 – to hear the list.
Press 6 – to remove callers
from the list.
Press 7 – to repeat the menu
options.
Press * - to return to the
previous menu.
NOTE: This feature is more
easily configured through the
Xutel ExChange Web Portal.
