Park Retrieve
• Pickup the handset and dial
*25 + the PARK retrieval
number.
• You will automatically be
connected to the call
waiting in PARK.
Call Forward
All
• Press the button below the
CFwdAll soft key. Do this
while the phone is still on-
hook.
• Enter the phone number
you want to forward your
calls to.
• Pick up the handset and
hang it up again to activate.
• The display will indicate the
phone is “Forwarded to 9-
XXX-XXX-XXXX”.
Deactivate Call
Forward All
• Press the button below the
CFwdAll soft key. Do this
while the phone is still on-
hook.
• Instead of entering a
phone number, lift the
handset and hang it up
again
• The display should no longer
indicate the phone is
forwarded.
Using Call
Pickup
• Press *12 on the key pad.
• Pick up the handset .
• Dial the ringing extension
number.
• You will automatically be
connected to the call that
was ringing on the other
extension.
Do Not
Disturb
• Press the NEW CALL soft
key.
• Press *04 on the keypad.
• Phone will display that Do
Not Disturb is activated.
• To deactivate, press the
NEW CALL soft key.
• Press *04 on the keypad.
NOTE: You can record a
separate voice mail message for
callers to hear when DND is
activated.
Last Number
Redial
• Press the REDIAL soft key. • Pickup the handset to
speak to your party.
End Call
• During an active call, press
the END CALL soft key, or
• Hang up the handset.
Selective Call
Forwarding
• Press the NEW CALL soft
key.
• Press *63 or *83 on the
keypad.
• A voice prompt indicates
whether Selective Call
Forwarding is enabled or
disabled.
• Follow the voice prompts.
• Press 1 – to enable or
disable Selective Call
forwarding.
• Press 2 – to change the
forwarding #.
• Press 3 – to hear the
forwarding #.
• Press 4 – to add callers to
the forwarding list.
• Press 5 – to hear the list.
• Press 6 – to remove callers
from the list.
• Press 7 – to repeat the menu
options.
• Press * - to return to the
previous menu.
NOTE: This feature is more
easily configured through the
Xutel ExChange Web Portal.
