Assembling the appliance
ATTENTION!
❐ Danger of electrocution! During assembly and / or disassembly the appliance must not
be connected to the power supply and must have cooled off.
1. Carefully place all accessories on a level surface. As a precautionary measure, set
down a protective foil to prevent any damage to sensitive surfaces.
2. Insert the handle end piece (C) in the handle bar (B). If applicable,
depress the catch on the handle end piece so that it fi ts into the
handle bar. The catch must lock into the handle bar opening. Turn
the handle back and forth for this.
3. Insert the end of the handle bar in the top opening of the main
unit (A).The handle bar must audibly lock into place.
To remove the handle bar depress the release button (14) and pull the
handle bar out at the same time.
4. Turn the top hook for winding up the cord (2) up and the bottom one
down and wind the power cord around both hooks.
In order to quickly unwind the power cord again, turn the top hook
of the cord spool down.
Attaching / removing the cleaning head and nozzles
• Insert the end piece of the cleaning head (L) in the steam nozzle (9)
of the main unit until the catch locks into the opening next to the
steam nozzle.
