Never install the appliance:
- immediately below or in front of a power
socket or a junction box (Fig. 6)
- in contact with the wall or oor
- near curtains, ammable or combustible
materials or pressure vessels.
WARNING:
Respect the distances shown in figures 4,5.
To avoid all risks for young children, in-
stall the appliance with the lowest heat-
ing element at least 600 mm from the
floor. (Fig. 4).
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualied persons in order
to avoid hazard. Do not use the appliance if
it or the switch is damaged.
Make sure the xed power line is tted with
a disconnecting switch allowing the appli-
ance to be disconnected completely from
the household mains in accordance with
the wiring rules.
WARNING:
Never cover the control device in any way.

The appliance contains a precise quantity of
special uid. All repairs requiring the appli-
ance to be opened must be performed by a
qualied professional. In the event of uid
leaks, contact your local dealer or a quali-
ed professional.
Disposal of this appliance and the uid it
contains must be carried out in accordance
with the legislation in force for the disposal
and management of waste.
Children of less than 3 years should be
kept away unless continuously super-
vised.
Children aged from 3 years and less than
8 years shall only switch on/o the ap-
pliance provided that it has been placed
or installed in its intended normal oper-
ating position and they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Chil-
dren between 3 and 8 years old must
not disconnect, regulate and clean
the appliance or perform user mainte-
nance. This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruc-
tion concerning use of the appliance in
a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with
the appliance. Cleaning and user main-
tenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.

washed in water only. It must not be used
for other purposes.
