The
folowing
is
a

buttons

functions
which
can
be
operated
during
the
different
surround
modes.

The
tuni
disconnect
the
TABLE

TUNING
FREQUENCY
STEPS

switchable
between
9
kHz
and
10
kHz
for
AM,
between
0.05
MHz
and
0.2
MHz
for
FM.
To
switch
the
tuning
frequency
steps,
power
plug
and
set the
AM
SPACING
switch
(®)
on
the
rear
panel
to
the
desired
position.
Then
plug
in
the
AC
mains
again.

function
for
automatically
searching
for
FM
broadcast
stations
and
storing
them
in
the
preset
memory.

INITIALIZATION
OF
THE
MICROPROCESSOR
When
the
indication
of
the
display
is
not
normai
or
when
the
operation
of
the
unit
dees
not
shows
the
reasonable
result,
the
initialization
of
the
microprocessor
is
required
by
the
following
procedure.

Switch
off
the
unit
using
the
main
unit's
POWER
operation
switch,

Hold
the
following
TUNER
button
and
VIDEO
SELECT
button,
and
tum
the
main
unit's
POWER
operation
switch
on.
©
Check
that
the
entire
display
is
flashing
with
an
interval
of
about
1
second,
and
release
your
fingers
from
the
2
buttons.
©
Switch
on
the
unit
and
the
microprocessor
will
be
initialized.
©
Press
the
MEMORY
button
again
to
store
the
station
in
the
preset
memory.

repeat
