6 Operating the coffee machine

Securing the coffee machine
Use the two securing clips and self-tapping screws supplied to fix the coffee machine to a
suitable surface (fig. 2, page 3).
Before initial use
Place the coffee cup in the coffee machine before switching it on.
Brew one to two lots of clear, cold water without the filter or coffee to clean the coffee machine
(fig. 3, page 3 to fig. 5 , page 4).
Do not fill the water tank above the maximum fill line.
Pour the brewed water away and thoroughly rinse the coffee cup under running water.
Put the coffee filter back in the machine.
Brewing coffee (fig. 6 to fig. 8, page 4)

Place the required amount of coffee in the filter.
Fill the water tank with clear, cold water.
Do not fill the water tank above the maximum fill line.
Put the coffee cup in the coffee-maker.
Set the On/Off switch (fig. 1 A, page 3) to “1” to start the brewing process.
Turn the on/off switch (fig. 1 A, page 3) to “0” when brewing is finished and you have
removed the coffee cup.
If you want to switch off the device, pull out the connection cable.
WARNING!
Do not use the device during journeys, but only when the vehicle is stationary.
NOTICE!
Never use hot water. Never put milk, ready-made coffee, tea etc. in the water tank.This
could seriously damage the coffee machine.
