  If your DSC Control Panel displays 'RF Delinquency', it means the HSM2HOST has not received a supervisory signal from a wireless device for 20 minutes. To resolve this, open/close the device, press a key on the keypad, or tamper/restore the device. Ensure the device is physically present and check for any device faults, like a low battery. Check the current signal strength and the signal strength during the last 24 hours. Try replacing the battery or the device itself.

  If your DSC Control Panel displays 'Communications' issues, measure the voltage across TIP and RING on the panel. The voltage should be approximately 50VDC when no phone is off-hook and approximately 5VDC when any phone is off-hook. Try wiring the incoming line directly to TIP and RING. If the trouble clears, inspect the wiring or the RJ-31 phone jack.

What does 'Zone Faults' mean on my DSC Control Panel and how can I fix it?

  If your DSC Control Panel displays 'Zone Faults', it is caused by a zone wireless supervisory trouble. Ensure fire zones have a 5.6K resistor (green, blue, red) connected. Remove wire leads from the Z and COM terminals and measure the resistance of the wire leads to check for a short on DEOL zones or an open condition on SEOL fire zones. Connect a 5.6K resistor across the Z and COM terminals and verify that the trouble condition clears. You can also placement test a wireless device and re-locate it if bad results are received.

  If your DSC Control Panel indicates 'Module Supervisory' trouble, it means there is no supervisory response from an enrolled module. Modules are immediately enrolled and supervised. If a module is removed, or if the keypad slot is changed, module supervision must be reset. View the event buffer to identify the specific module(s) in trouble. To reset module supervision: Enter programming section [902]. Select auto or manual enrollment. Enter programming section [903] to identify modules connected to the Corbus.

  If your DSC Control Panel shows 'AC Troubles', verify that the voltage measured across the AC terminals is 16-18VAC. If it is not within this range, replace the transformer.
