Pay close attention to the warning signs on the machine that indicates a dangerous or “no-touch” area of the
machine.

Use only the suggested hot melt glues with the following characteristics:
Application temperature: 260 F (126.67 ) to 290F (143.33 )
Working Glue Viscosity: 3,800 to 7,250 CPS
Duplo is not responsible for the quality of the binding that is produced by the non-suggested glues.
In case of thermostat failure :
DB-280 has implemented the secondary thermostat to protect the glue tank temperature over 410F (210C).
When it occurs, the power of DB-280 will be automatically turned off. You have to wait for the glue tank to
cool down before you can restart the machine. If this problem occurs again, call your authorized dealer for service.
