8. Service utilities
Some useful utilities are present for troubleshooting and diagnostic of the oven.
These additional features can be divided in 2 set: utilities that can be activated with the oven switched on,
utilities that can be activated with the oven in parameter programming
8.1. Utilities that can be activated with the oven switched on
With the oven switched on and not in a cooking phase, pressing simultaneously the following buttons it is
possible to activate the detergent, rinse pumps and water valve of the cleaning system:
• Automatic mode, manual mode, humidifier (fig. 20): activation of detergent pump
• Automatic mode, manual mode, boiler drain (fig. 21): activation of rinser pump
• Automatic mode, manual mode, cooling down (fig. 22): activation of water valve of the cleaning system
