2 Spin selector dial ©
Press the dial in to release it and then turn it to the
required spin:
MAX: 1000 rpm for cotton and linen
850 rpm for synthetics, delicates and wool
MIN: 650 rpm for cotton and linen
550 rpm for synthetics, delicates and wool
3 Mains-on light
lt comes on when the machine starts operating and
goes out when the ON/OFF button is released.
4 On/Off button ©
Press this button to start the machine: the «mains-on»
light will come on. The same button is used to switch
the machine off.
Before selecting a programme or changing an on-
going programme the machine must be switched
off by depressing the On/Off button.
5 Anti-crease button [|
Press this button with the washing programmes for
synthetic or delicate fabrics in order to block the water
drainage of the last rinse. This avoids creasing when
the laundry is left inside the machine at the end of the
washing. To empty the machine, simply press this
button again so that the machine can proceed to drain
and spin, or turn the programme selector dial to the
drain programme 12.
Do not press this button for woollens: wool items
should be gently spun.
6 Economy button E
Washing saving electricity, that is using a lower tem-
perature; the washing will be 20 mins longer in the
programme "2" and 10 mins longer in the programme
"7".
7 Door opening button —1
Press this button to open the door.
8 Temperature selector dial (thermostat)
To select the washing temperature turn the dial to the
required value.
When your laundry is only lightly soiled, a cold wash
can be used (dial to position ¥ ).
9 Programme selector dial
To select the required washing programme turn the
dial clockwise.
