Pairing the speaker to a Bluetooth device
1. Hold in [ ] (2) until theLED indicator comeson. Thespeaker will emit anaudible
signal and theLED indicator will flash blue indicating that thespeaker is ready to
be paired with another device.
2. Activate Bluetooth on thedevice to be paired with thespeaker.
3. Thespeaker will appear as BX210, Select it and pair it to your device.
4. TheLED indicator will transition to asteady blue light, indicating that thedevice
has been paired.
5. Start playback on theBluetooth device. Thevolume level and track can be
changed on either thespeaker or on your external device. Otherplayback settings
can be controlled from theexternal device.
Connecting a device via the 3.5 mm socket (AUX)
1. Switch thespeakeron.
2. Connect a3.5 mm audio cable between your device and theaux input (9) on
thespeaker.
3. Press [
] so that theLED indicator (1) shines asolidgreen.
4. Start playback on theexternal device.
5. Adjust thevolume level on thespeaker or theexternal device.
Note: Thetrack can be changed using thebuttons on thespeaker once theexternal
device is connected via the3.5mm socket.
Charging an external device via the USB port
• Connect anappropriate charger cable between thespeaker’s USB port (8)
and thedevice to be charged. Thedevice will charge regardless of whether
thespeaker is on oroff.
• Remember that thespeaker’s battery will drain quicker when anexternal device is
being charged via its USB port than when it is strictly playing music via Bluetooth
or its AUX socket.
Care and maintenance
• Clean thespeaker using alightly moistenedcloth. Useonly mild cleaning agents,
never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• If thespeaker is not to be used for along time, thebattery should be fully charged
on aregular basis (every second month) to prolong its capacity.
