HotSync problems
I tried to perform a HotSync operation, but nothing
happens.
• You must have the Wrist PDA USB drivers, Palm
Desktop software, and HotSync Manager installed
on your computer. See page 4.
• Your computer must run Windows 98 Second Edition,
Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Mac
OS X v10.1.2 or higher.
• Make sure that HotSync Manager is running and that
local USB is checked (see page 25).
• Make sure that the USB cable is securely connected
to your Wrist PDA and to a USB port on your
computer.
