“Add Water”
indicator lights up
Lack of Water.
Pull out ice basket, fill water to the
water tank and then closed the ice
basket completely, it will start
making ice again.
“Ice Full” indicator
lights up
There is too much ice.
Suggest you to obtain the sphere ice.
(No ice cube inside).
Remove the probable obstacle
inside or clean the inside wall of
the ice storage.
Check the ice basket to push into
the right position to ensure not
to block the infrared sensor.
Ambient temperature or water
temperature in reservoir is too high.
It may be the ambient temperature
is too low.
Press the ice button to turn off
this unit and wait for 1 hour, then
turn on this unit to restart making
ice. If this problem show up
again, please verify by a qualified
technician.
Synchronous motor is broken.
Pipe in the cooling system is blocked.
Making Ice too
slowly
Hot Air outlet has been blocked by
something.
Hot Air outlet must be guaranteed
to have more than 15 CM of
ventilation distance.
Water temperature in reservoir is
too high.
Water temperature requirement
between 44.6℉-89.6℉.
Refrigeration system malfunctions. Verify by a qualified technician.
Water leakage
Drain plug not in place. Put the drain plug in place.
Pipe Joint in the appliance may
Loose.

The seal has reached service life Verify by a qualified technician.
9TROUBLESHOOTING
Please operate the ice maker in
an environment of 50-100℉.
The room temperature is lower than
41℉, or the water temperature is
lower than 32℉.
There is a foreign object stuck in the
mold and cannot be closed.
Please do not insert hard objects
or other objects into the ice
outlet.
Switch damaged or open circuit.
Professional maintenance is
required.
