11TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Water leakage
The drain plug is not in place.
The seal has reached the end of its
service life.
Pipe joints in the appliance may
loose.
Put the drain plug in place.
Verify by a qualified
technician.

The ambient temperature or
thewater temperature in the
inner tankis too high.
Refrigerant liquid leakage.
Refrigeration system malfunctions.
Cover motor is broken
The pipe in the cooling system is
blocked.
Please run the ice maker when
the ambient temperature is
below 90 °F and pour colder
water into the tank.

water, and press “ICE/
CLEAN” button again

guaranteed to have more
than 15 CM of ventilation.

for 5 seconds it will
work for 80 minutes.
