When the outdoor unit cannot receive the serial signal
from indoor unit more than 10 seconds.

Check point 1. Reset the power and operate
Does error indication show again?
→ If no, go to "Check point 1-2".

Check point 2. Check connection
Check any loose or removed connection line of indoor unit and outdoor unit.
Check connection condition is control unit. (If there is loose connector, open cable or mis-wiring.)
→ If there is an abnormal condition, correct it by referring to the installation manual or the “DESIGN
& TECHNICAL MANUAL”.

Check point 3. Check the voltage of power supply
Check the voltage of power supply
Check if AC 198 V (AC 220 V -10%) to AC 264 V (AC 240 V +10%) appears at
outdoor unit terminal L — N.
