accordingto the instructionssuppliedbyMabeandis
connectedto anadequateandproperutilityservice.
Damagedueto abuse,accident,commercialuse,and alteration
or defacingof the serialplatecancelsallobligationsofthis
warranty.
Serviceduringthis warrantyperiodmustbe performedbyan
AuthorizedMabeServiceAgent.
NeitherMabenorthe Dealeris liablefor anyclaimsor
damagesresultingfromfailureof theRefrigeratororfrom
servicedelaysbeyondtheir reasonablecontrol.
Toobtainwarrantyservice,purchasermustpresenttheoriginal
BillofSale.Componentsrepairedorreplacedarewarranted
throughtheremainderofthe originalwarrantyperiodonly.
Thiswarrantyisextendedtotheoriginalpurchaserandany
succeedingownerforproductspurchasedfor homeusewithin
Canada.Inhomewarrantyservicewill be providedin areas
whereit isavailableanddeemedreasonableby Mabe
toprovide.
Thiswarrantyis inadditionto anystatutorywarranty.
