Defrost Drain Probe
Evaporator
Defrost Probes
A defrost drain probe is attached to the
evaporator and extends into the drain opening.
This probe transfers heat to the drain opening
during defrost.
Two additional defrost probes are attached to
the sides of the evaporator. These probes
extend upward between the freezer wall and
evaporator sides to assist the defrosting
process.
