Arcing Arcing is the microwave term tor sparks in tile oven. Arcing is
caused by:

prevent over-browning. When microwaving, you use small snips of
ibil to shield thin parts, such as tile tips of wings and legs on
poulu_ which _,)uld cook l)efbre larger parts.
Standing 17me When you cook with regular ovens, fbods such as roasts or cakes
are allotted to stand to finish cooking or to set. Standing time is
especially important in microwave cooking. Note that a
microwaved cake is not placed on a cooling rack.
Venting ........ After covering a dish with plastic _Tap, you vent the plastic wrap by
Illrning back one corner so excess steain call escape.
