PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
There is low water pressure or
a missing spray pattern.
The showerhead spray
nozzles are clogged.
Soak the showerhead in a solution of water and vinegar. Use a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50%
water overnight. The vinegar will break down any mineral deposits or sediment from hard water and will
improve the ow through your showerhead.
Debris has clogged the
shower arm or showerhead.
Remove the showerhead and rinse debris from internal parts.
Turn on the hot and cold water and let it run for at least 30 seconds to ush debris from the lines.
Reinstall the showerhead.
The shower bar/showerhead
connection is leaking.
The showerhead connection
is loose.
Gently and rmly tighten the showerhead to the shower bar, but do not overtighten.
The shower bar connection
is loose.
Gently and rmly tighten the shower bar to the shower arm, but do not overtighten.
The thread seal tape is not
creating a good seal.
Remove the shower bar from the shower arm to conrm thread seal tape was applied properly.
Remove and reapply thread seal tape, if needed.
The shower hose/ showerhead
connection is leaking.
The handheld showerhead
connection is loose.
Gently and rmly tighten the handheld showerhead, but do not overtighten.
