Installation of New Pump
Tools needed: two
9
/16" wrenches
Info: The hardware to attach the Hydraulic Pump (GF #1010S005) to the LF1031 mast and
boom comes with the lift frame.

1. Attach the bottom of the new hydraulic pump to the lower mast bracket with the pressure
knob and pump lever toward the bottom of the pump, as shown at above left, and the “FRONT”
label toward you, as shown at above center. Use a hex bolt, washers, and hex nut to secure
pump to mast. Use two
9
/16" wrenches to tighten.
2. Attach the top of the hydraulic pump to the upper boom bracket, as shown at above right. Use
a hex bolt, washers, and hex nut to secure pump to boom. Use two
9
/16" wrenches to tighten.
WARNING: Ensure that the Hydraulic Pump is installed as described. If the Hydraulic
Pump is not properly installed, personal injury and damage to the Hydraulic Pump could
result.
