When you edit network parameters remotely, the device should be in the same
network segment.
5.3 Adding Device
The software provides 3 ways for adding the door station (V series). You can add the
active online devices within your subnet, add devices by IP address, or add devices by IP
segment.
Adding online devices and adding device by IP address will be introduced in the quick
start guide. For another way (adding devices by IP segment), please refer to the user
manual in the disk.
5.3.1 Adding Online Devices
Steps:
1. Run the software to enter the main interface of video intercom batch configuration
tool software.

2. Select an online device or hold the Ctrl or Shift key to select multiple devices in the
online devices list in the lower part of the batch configuration software interface.
