NON-WARRANTY PANEL ISSUES
If a panel is physically damaged right out of the box, the dealer must file a claim for the
damaged product. Be sure everyone is advised to keep the box for inspection and/or
pictures.
If a panel is damaged after unboxing, this is NOT a warranty event. Some broken
panels are not obvious until you look closely.
