MAINTENANCE
To ensure that the generating set performs correctly and has a long working life, it is essential
that the maintenance schedule be observed.
CAUTION :
• The engine and the muffler reach temperatures sufficient to cause burns if touched and to
start a fire if adjacent to inflammable material. Allow the engine to cool for 15 minutes
before carrying out any maintenance.
• Only use original Honda parts or their equivalent. Parts that do not meet the Honda design
specifications can cause damage to the generating set.
SCHEDULE
NOTE:
(1) Clean more often if used in a dusty environment.
(2) These operations must be carried out by a Honda dealer, unless the user has the
special tools necessary and is qualified to do the work.
