Firmware Over the
Air (FOTA) update

then off
Factory reset
Turn the device Off and remove the
batteries. Press and Hold *C2 for 20s while
re-inserting the batteries
*C4 flashing blue. Device then enters Recovery
mode, *C4 solid blue
Recovery mode
Firmware has been updated and device is in
a Recovery state
*C4 Solid blue until firmware has been updated
Device Self-Check
The device is completing an automatic self-
check to prevent data corruption
*C4 blinking blue until the Self-Check is
complete
Error State The device has encountered an error *C3 Solid Red + *C4 Solid Red
CONNECT TO EXTERNAL DEVICES, AUDIO & CALL MAKING
Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and ensure that the mobile device is within 10m of the
headset. The headset must be selected in the mobile device settings. Next time the headset is
turned ON, it will try to automatically pair with the last paired device.
