If your HTW Dehumidifier isn't working, check the following: * Ensure the power line is properly connected by checking the plug and socket. * If the full water indicator is lit, empty the water tank and ensure it's correctly placed. * Verify that the room temperature is between 5 and 35 degrees Celsius, as the protection device may activate outside this range.
