2.4.2 To do maintenance on the pump head
1. Remove the pump head from the cylinder block with a
screwdriver.
2. Make sure to install the 3 valves correctly in the
cylinder head during assembly. See gure.
3. Make sure to place the 3 valves in the cylinder block
with the ribs on the valve body in the correct position, see
the igure below.
4. Lubricate the oil-seal with silicone grease (Unisilkon)
in the Ø14 holes (3 pcs).
5. Install the U-sleeve correctly inside the cylinder head.
Lubricate the U-sleeve with silicone grease (Unisilkon)
inside the Ø14 hole (1 pcs) where the piston moves.
Lubricate the plane surface of the U-sleeve.
NOTE: If ceramic pistons are used, put the additional
disc on top of the water sealing.
6. Install the pistons.
7. Install the o-ring around the piston.
8. Move the o-ring down until it is placed directly on top
of the oil seal. Use a at tool with no sharp edges.
