2.10.7 To ne adjust the machine pressure
1. Open the spray gun and turn the adjusting nut
somewhat counterclockwise to relieve the tension on the
spring.
2. Close the spray gun.
3. Check cut-off pressure.
Repeat this procedure until the specied cut-off pressure
is reached.
The reading on the pressure gauge must not decrease
during the procedure when the spray gun is open
(working pressure).
The cut-off pressure must also remain constant. If
necessary, the setting must be repeated or the high-
pressure cleaner inspected for leaks.
2.10.8 To secure the machine pressure
setting
4. Secure this setting of the adjusting nut with locknut
(1).
5. Afterwards, check correct operation of the control
piston.
6. Switch the machine off and remove test pressure
gauge again.
7. Seal the setting of the locknut (2) with locking paint.
8. Inspect setting of start/stop switch and correct if
necessary.
9. Ret the shroud
